The Medical School of USP, the Hospital das Clínicas and the Butantan Institute have signed, on September 10th, a protocol of intention, which aims at the search for acting areas and relevant strategic topics in science, technology and education. The parts have committed to work jointly and offer solutions of an innovative nature in those areas for the society. The protocol of intention has a term of 5 years.
The signing occurred in a meeting with the Advisory Board (Condir) of the HCFMUSP. The following were present at the event: Prof. Tarcisio E. P. Barros Filho, director of FMUSP and president of the Condir; the Engineering Antonio José Rodrigues Pererira, superintendent of the Hospital das Clínicas; Prof Dimas Tadeu Covas, director of the Butantan Institute, besides titular and substitute members of Condir, and several other authorities.
