The ceremony to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the 51st class of students, formed by the Medical School of the Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP), in 1968, has happened on November 30th.

At the event, Prof. Roger Chammas, vice-director of FMUSP has said “the greatest wealth of this College is the human capital, it is a privilege the students of this class, with exquisite values, are here”. Besides him, others have also spoken, such as Prof. Carlos Vicente Serrano Junior, president of the Culture and Extension Commission, and Dr. Flávio França Rangel, president of the Association of Former Students.

“What unites this class is the friendship, we are victorious in our profession, we grew old with dignity and we knew how to live”, said Dr. Benjamim José Marchi Posso, the speaker chose to represent the class formed 50 years ago. He completed: “we are reliving the joy of having been a part of the House of Arnaldo, where we spent the best phase of our lives”.

Memories were rescued from the 6 years of the graduation of the Medical School of the class number 51. The professors Isaias Raw, Dario Birolini and in memorium Içaim Tiba, were honored. The former students were graced with a celebratory sign of the date and the presentation of the Military Police Choir of the State of São Paulo.
