 I am pleased to share that the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) Regional Office will be hosting a regional meeting in Sao Paulo, Brazil on August 8-9, 2018. This meeting will focus on Research in the Academic Health Center. The role of Latin America: Perspectives and Participation in Health Policies.

 The meeting will foster discussion on key issues that institutions in LAC are facing and will provide an important learning and networking opportunity for members outside of the region.
