HCFMUSP Dorm – Key Information

Located inside the Hospital das Clínicas complex, this is the most convenient accommodation option for foreign visitors.
  • Types of Room: Shared (2 beds) or single room options, all with private bathrooms;
  • Facilities: Shared kitchen, paid laundry service inside the building, free Wi-Fi, cleaning services, study room, 24-hour reception;
  • Capacity: 36 beds (Priority for reservation is given to visitors from partner institutions)
  • Minimum stay: 5 days
  • Prices: 
  • USD 40 per day (shared room)
  • USD 80 per day (single room) 
  • Payment: Credit Card or international invoice.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Up to 7 days after booking confirmation (payment completed) - full refund, with or without justification*. Up to 15 days before the start date of the stay - cancellation without justification*: 70% refund. From 14 to 7 days before the start date of the stay, cancellation without justification*: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the start date of the stay: cancellation without justification*, no refund. During the stay: no refund
    *The following are considered valid justifications: either the cancellation of the purpose at the institution (exchange program, research, etc.), or a medical certificate proving an illness that makes it impossible to continue residing in the housing facility.
