The Mentoring offers to all graduation students the opportunity of participating in a support program for personal and professional development, where students from different years gather, in groups, with an experienced doctor (the mentor). The gatherings are of monthly occurrence for the sharing of experiences among the participants. The Mentoring is a privileged space for hearing and welcoming where several themes related to the student life and the medical profession are discussed.
